an uncomfortable day

Can't sleep well last night...i heard someone scream and while i open my eyes....there is nothing happened....and stomachache at the same time.....the weather is already hot....is hard to sleep...when i awake from sleep in the morning....both of my leg feel weak , i feel dizzy and also emit cold sweat...
